You had your grade 10 retreat today. Homework: As mentioned yesterday, please read section 6.8 as that is the experiment you will be doing tomorrow. Also, there is a chapter 6 quiz on Friday (reactions, balancing, types of reactions)
We took up the Combustion and corrosion sheet from last Thursday. Also some combustion demonstrations (bunsen burner). TOMORROW IS RETREAT DAY!! yOU MUST GET YOUR FORM AND PIZA $5 (IF YOU WANT PIZZA) BY 8:30 TOMORROW OR YOU DON'T GO!
We discussed and started our Chemistry project. If you were absent, you will be given a topic on Tuesday. the project is due Tuesday May 31st. Also...I gave out the practise sheet we did on Wednesday. THIS SHEET IS VERY IMPORTANT. If you were away on Wednesday (Track or History field trip) make sure you try these on your own. HAVE A SUPER LONG WEEKEND!
