LESSON #5 - Today we did a lesson on SALT characteristics of images. We also saw a few videos. Homework: Read 11.9 and there was homework assigned at end of chapter but I didn't write down what it was! Please message a student who was present in class for the specific questions.
Today was presentation day (chemical reactions research). Period 1 - all presented but there were 2 absent students who will present when they return. Period 4 - we got some done. We made arrangements with those who were not able to present today.
Today we did Lesson #4 on the planner. It was a dense lesson - if you were absent, please see me @ lunch. We also handed some work in to be marked. Homework: Read 11.6, 11.7 . That's it! Make sure you are caught up with homework. Copy the definition for 'specular reflection ' and 'diffuse reflection' - page 485.
LESSON #3 - Today we took a note about the Ray Model of Light - if you were absent, please copy from a friend. Homework: Read 11.4 and complete # 1-6 on page 481. Remember to check your answers.
Today we did lesson #2 on the Optics planner. It was a few theory notes. IF you were absent, please read 11.2 and copy notes from a classmate when you return. Homework is as listed on lesson 2 of planner. The 'cleaning with laser' questions were handed out but you can also access from website.Lesson #1 - We started the Optics unit today. If you were absent, there are handouts in the binder @ back of room. Please see me as well. Homework: Lesson #1 homework - read chapter 11.1 .
Today you were given your Chemistry research project. It is a small project. It is due for presentation next WEd. Nov. 25. If you were absent, please see me for your topic.
